We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant - ServiceNow to play a pivotal role in a greenfield ServiceNow implementation. This position focuses on delivering technical architecture, ITSM modules, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and enterprise integrations, ensuring a robust and scalable platform for a leading enterprise environment.

This opportunity is an initial 6 month contract paying $510 per day plus super.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the technical architecture for a new ServiceNow platform.
• Implement ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Knowledge, and CSDM data model.
• Lead ITOM Event Management delivery and ensure platform readiness.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, including Azure AD and SAP.
• Apply ServiceNow's Now Create methodology to govern technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and process design.
• Oversee service transition and handover to operations teams, ensuring smooth production readiness.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong background in technical design, security architecture, and platform hardening.
• Hands-on development experience as an Integration Developer and ITSM Developer.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support governance and alignment.

• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects in financial services or large enterprise settings.
• Broader exposure to IT infrastructure and enterprise integration projects.
