Experience in the use and administration of learning management systems.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the training industry and/or the facilitation and co-ordination of learning and development programs.
* Demonstrated knowledge of how to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning and development activities.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, scope and manage learning and development projects.
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge using learning and development management systems including the use of Oracle, Nexus, TRIM, and data bases.
