LF/LO Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced LF/LO Operator to join our team in the shipping and supply chain industry. This role is central to ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, involving forklift operation, stock handling, and general warehouse support.

Key Details:

Location: Horsley Park

Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (ongoing)

POLICE CHECK REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and assess inbound goods for quality and accuracy
• Accurately put away products into designated warehouse locations
• Handle customer returns, including verification, inspection, and documentation
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners, ensuring items are securely packed
• Attach correct labels and documentation (e.g., pick slips, shipping labels) to outbound orders
• Operate LF and LO forklifts to move stock as required
• Maintain warehouse systems and perform basic computer tasks using Excel and WMS
• Perform container unloading when needed
• Ensure all equipment (forklifts, scanners, computers) is properly maintained and functional

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must hold current LF and LO forklift licences
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
• Proficient with basic computer programs (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and technology
