About the Role:

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. This is an entry-level position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - no previous experience is required, and full training is provided.
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for placing dies into machines and ovens using hoists and trolleys. The role involves working in areas that can be hot at times, but physical strain is minimal - no heavy lifting over 10kg is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Load dies into machines and ovens using a hoist and trolley system
• 
  Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• 
  Monitor equipment and report any issues
• 
  Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
• 
  Perform basic quality checks on parts as needed
• 
  Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

What We're Looking For:

• 
  No previous experience necessary - just a willingness to learn
• 
  Comfortable working in warm environments
• 
  Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• 
  Capable of safely handling items (no more than 10kg)
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• 
  Willing and able to work a weekly rotating shift schedule (days, afternoons, nights)
