This role will involve preventative maintenance, ensuring the seamless operation of our clients concrete product manufacturing facility.

The role will be day shift, ongoing, with the opportunity for perm for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Identify the root cause of equipment failures and implement solutions
• Provide timely and effective resolution of plant failures
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Follow all Work Health & Safety (WHS) directives

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge and application of preventative maintenance strategies
• Welding skills (MMAW & MIG essential, TIG optional)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Flexible work availability
• Reliable transport
