We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations at a busy facility in Baulkham Hills. This full-time position involves managing goods in and out, inventory tasks, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks

• Pick, pack, and process customer and production orders

• Receive incoming goods and put stock away; repalletize as needed

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping, rubbish removal, etc.)

• Organise stock on shelves and ensure items are stored neatly

• Manage serial numbers for specific products

• Use SAP for inventory processing and documentation

• Prepare and update Excel and Word documents as needed

• Monitor Outlook and assist with basic customer service interactions

Requirements

• Valid LF and LO forklift licences

• Proven experience in warehouse or material handling roles

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Must attend an interview with the client before commencing

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $33.60ph

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
