Storeperson - Afternoon Shift | LF or LO Licensed
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:06 PM
Location: Dandenong South, VIC
Pay Rate: $37.52 - $39.00/hr (Based on Licence Type)

- LF licence - $37.52/hr
- LO licence - $39.00/hr

Opportunity for permanent employment after 6 months

Ongoing training and development, including leadership pathways and LO licence upgrades

Your Responsibilities

Picking and packing stock (primary responsibility, 80/90% of work)

Manual handling of items between 7-15 kg (heavier items handled by team lifting)

Manual pallet wrapping

Operating forklifts (LF: ~10% usage, LO: more balanced)

Working in a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

Valid LF or LO forklift licence (LO preferred for greater task variety)

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks

Maximum age of 45 (due to physical demands)

Strong work ethic and reliable transport - limited public transport options

A stable work history - we're seeking commitment, not job hoppers

Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday

Willingness to undergo a police check (after the first week)

A positive attitude and genuine desire for long-term employment
