You will be joining a growing and busy team, looking to hire a number of people into their Mortgage Care Team. Your new role
You will be joining an inbound phone-based team, handling general enquiries from customers to do with mortgage and loan products, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle home loan submission enquires from brokers and relationship managers, via phones and or emails
- Driving first contact resolution through handling any escalations on pending home loan applications and meeting customer requests within set service legal agreements
- Meet broker, proprietary and customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, professionalism, and warmth
- Liaise with Underwriting Services, Brokers & Proprietary, DocuPREP & settlement agents
What you'll need to succeed

- Worked within a customer service, sales, contact centre environment
- High effective verbal & written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong focus on quality
- Ability to work autonomously & within a dynamic past team environment
- Desirable to have mortgage experience & understanding of loan process
