Our client is a proud and diverse FMCG company based in Gepps Cross currently seeking Pick Packers for their growing business.
As you will be working within a physically demanding role, repeatedly heavy lifting, following the correct processes & procedures is essential. The role involves picking bulk orders accurately, safely & efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch to stores.
You must be available to work within the hours of 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, working 25 - 30 plus hours per week. In return you will have a great working environment, fantastic pay rates and ongoing training.
To be considered.
- Previous pick packing/order picking/warehouse experience (advantageous)
- Previous experience working in cold rooms and freezers (advantageous)
- Ability to work to high KPI's & pick rates
- Strong awareness in safety, manual handling & safe working practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 25 - 30 hrs per week over the 6am to 6pm shifts
- Previous experience using voice pick and EPJ's (advantageous)
- Ability to comfortably lift up-to 25kg on a repetitive basis
- Successfully pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test
- Own PPE - steel caps & hi-vis
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding attendance and reliability
- Contactable work references
