An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Procurement Coordinator to support end-to-end procurement activities within a large and complex industrial environment. You'll play a key role in sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations - all while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

THE ROLE

  • Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and delivery scheduling.
  • Support sourcing strategies and contract management in line with company standards and governance frameworks.

  • Engage with suppliers to obtain quotes, clarify specifications, and negotiate pricing and terms.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational and project procurement needs.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support digital transformation initiatives.

THE PERSON

  • 2-3 years' experience in procurement, contracts administration, or supply chain coordination.

  • Sound understanding of procurement processes, governance, and compliance.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba (advantageous).

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
