We're looking for a proactive and professional individual to take on a varied and rewarding role in administration and customer support. We are looking for a candidate who has ideally a combination of corporate reception and Accounts receivable experience and who can preform general receptionist adhoc duties. This position will be based in the Wiri, Auckland office but will oversee the overall running of the 3 New Zealand offices
What You'll Be Doing
Working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and a key support for internal teams in 3 offices. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing the main switchboard and handling incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating courier bookings and sending documents to customers
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
- Organising and verifying lunch invoicing
- Responding to customer account queries over the phone
- Entering accounts receivable transactions accurately
- Providing relief support to admin staff in order entry
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Following up on deliveries to ensure smooth operations
- General filing and other administrative duties as needed
About You
You're a confident communicator with a knack for multitasking and a strong eye for detail. You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a corporate customer service or accounts-focused role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical literacy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A courteous and professional phone manner
- Must be a reliable candidate with a track record of strong attendance
- Must have drivers licence
