Our client, a leading manufacturer of Bio medical machinery, require experienced Production Technician to join their team based in Mount Waverley.
The role:
- Trouble shooting faulty instruments and equipment and rectifying
- Developing and building test equipment and assembly aids to support production
- Complete routine maintenance and calibration activities of production equipment
- Provide procurement support for small tools as required
- Updating Process Control Plans
- Contribute to department improvements in 5 S and EHS.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude to assemble and test complex mechatronic devices.
- Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline (Electronics, Mechanics, Production Engineering)
- Experience with CAD packages
- Experience in developing and building test equipment
- Experience in writing work instructions for production staff
