Location: Bendigo, VIC
Employment Type: Casual (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour

A leading organisation in the animal health sector is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join their Blend & Fill team. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment, ideal for someone looking for consistent casual work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment for blending and filling veterinary pharmaceutical products
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete accurate documentation and production records
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Assist with warehouse and packaging duties as required

About You:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
