Production Worker / Forklift Operator

Production Operations

• Operate machinery across the board line (mixer, forming station, dryer, knife, stacker).
• Monitor process variables (board thickness, speed, weight, temperature, etc.).
• Set up and adjust equipment based on production specifications.
• Ensure correct dosing of additives, foam, and raw materials.
• Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure board quality standards are met.
• Record production data and report any deviations.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all site safety procedures (PPE, LOTO, confined space, etc.).
• Identify and report hazards or near-miss events.
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Handle equipment and materials in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance

• Collect and test samples (thickness, density, core integrity).
• Log defects and assist in root cause investigations.
• Support corrective actions as directed by QA or supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in plasterboard, cement, or continuous production processes.
• Forklift license (LF/LO).
• Basic computer literacy (for HMI or SCADA systems).
