Exciting opportunity with a successful South Australian construction company, who keeps going from strength to strength. This role will see you reporting to the Construction Manager with a strong focus on projects administration whilst supporting the preparation of the tender documents. This role is site based and requires a person who has strong attention to detail while maintaining quality and client satisfaction, you will be exposed to the full range of Project activities including Estimation, bids and tendering, documentation control and key stakeholder reporting. - Tender delivery
- Construction Programming/ Scheduling
- Cost reporting and administration
- Site Supervision
- Document Control
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude that couples with our old-fashioned family-based values. Health and safety is always paramount and we are seeking a person who can lead by example.
We'll need you to have:
- Experience across Site Management, Planning & Estimation
- Tertiary qualification in building or engineering
- Background in building trade qualification with significant relevant experience
- Microsoft Suite: Including MS Projects
