Your initial role will have you supporting and connecting with HSE candidates, learning and engaging with industry professionals to learn about the sector. You will partner with (and learn a lot from) the Consulting team to seek out and build talent pools, shortlist for live roles, and being rewarded for personal and team success.
The Person
While the background (experience to this point) of the individual might change, the best chance of success will come from someone with excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written communications), and a good level of personal energy to work at a good pace.
You will be best served if you have a strong desire for success, to partner with the HSE Sector.
Potentially you might have a career in Sales/Customer Service, with a good track record. And you will be supported in growing the recruitment-specific skillset.
Alternatively, you might have a technical skill that aligns well to the Safesearch world (Health, Safety or Environment) that you can harness, and we can help you build the sales and support elements.
