As the Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will be at the heart of this new store, helping to lead a small team. You will be responsible for; providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales while building a positive, performance-driven culture within the team. You'll work closely with the leadership team to set standards, manage inventory, and create a seamless connection between the store and the brand's online presence through platforms like Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and motivate a small team to ensure a positive and high-performing store environment.
• 
  Provide a premium customer experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and performance.
• 
  Engage customers with your passion for fitness and athleisure, driving sales through product knowledge and excellent service.
• 
  Manage inventory and order fulfillment using Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth online-to-offline transitions.
• 
  Monitor and achieve store KPIs, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• 
  Work with the marketing team to support local campaigns, promotions, and events to drive traffic and awareness.

  A passion for sports, running, fitness, and athleisure - an understanding of the active lifestyle is essential.

  Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or athleisure.
