The Role:

• Location: David Jones Chermside
• Schedule: Thursday to Monday (5 days/week)
• Hours: Approx. 25 hours/week
• Start Date: ASAP

You'll be the face of a luxury product, guiding customers through a tailored sales experience and helping them find the perfect fit. This is more than just retail-it's about connection, creativity, and delivering excellence.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven retail sales and customer service experience
• A natural communicator who builds genuine rapport
• Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Professional presentation and strong organisational skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Multilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
• Experience in bedding or homewares is a bonus-but not essential
• Willingness to travel between locations if required

Training and Support:

We'll provide full product and in-store training alongside experienced team members. Your initial shifts may be shorter during training, gradually building to your regular schedule as you gain confidence.
