Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a talent for capturing information accurately and efficiently? Join our clients team as a Professional Scribe, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of projects and initiatives.


In this role, you will provide real-time documentation of meetings, interviews, and other key activities, ensuring information is recorded accurately and structured for immediate and future use. You'll assist professionals in improving efficiency, maintain precise records, and support the department's commitment to high-quality public service.

THE ROLE -

  • Accurately record interviews, meeting minutes, and other verbal or written information.

  • Organise and structure information clearly for easy access and use.

  • Assist professionals to enhance productivity through documentation and task management.

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of records for legal and administrative purposes.

THE PERSON -

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong listening and comprehension skills.

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines.

  • Proficiency with computers and electronic record systems.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

THE EXPERIENCE -

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field.

  • Experience as a scribe or administrative support professional.

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work permit.

  • National Police Records Check and pre-employment screening.

  • Compliance with the Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2024.
