Senior Administrative Officer - Program Support

  • Provide support as part of a small administration team to ensure the delivery of high quality programs, activities, and customer and client services.
  • Support delivery of various programs, including liaising with applicants, arranging grant payments, securing acquittals, correspondence and reporting.
  • Support for the production and promotion of communications, briefings, reports and divisional documents.
  • Produce and distribute meeting documents and templates as needed.
  • Information management, including maintenance of Information Management Systems.
  • Provide customer service and financial administration support as required.

Expected qualifications -

  1. Qualifications in Business or Administration coupled with significant relevant experience in a similar administrative role with demonstrated time management and attention to detail skills.
  2. High proficiency in the use of word processing and formatting, spreadsheets, website content, information management and database applications.
  3. Demonstrated ability to be highly organised, with an ability to work under pressure, to manage a number of activities simultaneously, to monitor own work performance and to work cooperatively within a team environment.
  4. Ability to use initiative to provide information to customers about relevant programs, resolve customer concerns or questions in a customer centric business.
  5. Demonstrated experience with standard financial management support practices and the capacity to learn organisational specific financial management systems.
  6. Sound written and verbal communication skills.

A current Drivers Licence and successful Police Check are required
