A large Government Department in Brisbane is currently looking for a Change Manager to to join their team on a 12 months contract role.

The Change manager will manage business change activities with a focus on communications and stakeholder engagement. This role will rely on building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.

The role is required to support the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) project that will deliver new Catheter Laboratory and Echocardiogram software solutions across 20 Hospitals within QLD.

Responsibilities include:

  • Document the business change, training and communication strategies
  • Document the change, training and communication plan, including business change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder mapping engagement and training requirements
  • Identify, develop, plan and document business change management deliverables, including the creation of appropriate WBS and resources required to support change and communications activities
  • Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change
  • Create and use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
