Manpower are partnering with a leading Bank to recruit a Senior Project Manager - AI. The role will focus on leading and managing project activities that deliver AI Use cases involving both business and technology solutions, enabling the bank to achieve its strategic goal of creating an AI enabled bank, delivering business benefits, and outcomes.

This role effectively ensures delivery of AI use cases and capability, within our Ways of Working and ensuring effective governance, scope definition, and delivery aligned with strategic objectives, within agreed time, cost, and quality. It involves collaboration, nimble thinking, managing risks, stakeholders, vendors, and financials while ensuring compliance with enterprise methodologies. The position also oversees resource capability, testing strategies, and team performance and morale. Coaching and mentoring are key to driving successful outcomes.

You will demonstrate a proactive attitude, can maintain a strategic perspective while willing to immerse yourself in the detail to ensure successful completion.

What do I need?

• A proven and advanced track record in leading and managing complex Enterprise level projects with characteristics such as indicative cost up to $20M, project duration up to 18 months, and teams typically ranging up to 30 resources.
• Advanced enterprise large-scale Project leadership experience, or Product Delivery, and delivery of complex technology solutions.
• You will be a highly experienced Agilist, dedicated to improving ways of working every day, with advanced commercial acumen, continuous improvement mindset, and deep stakeholder management SME.
• Outstanding Senior Project Management & Delivery experience, scrum mastering and Product Delivery, plus SME as gained working in a large and complex corporate settings with tight deadlines, competing demands and ability to pivot with solution and outcome thinking.
• Significant experience overseeing large-scale Project or Product Delivery as gained directly in the Financial Services industry or within professional services firms consulting to the Financial Services industry.
• Relevant project management certifications will be considered highly advantageous.
• Exposure to AI use delivery and a keen desire to learn and mature in this space, is essential.
