Manpower are in search of an accomplished Senior Warehouse Supervisor to spearhead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Warehouse Management systems, demonstrate over five years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit mastery in operating high reach forklifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all facets of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise warehouse processes, driving efficiency and productivity while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Establish and enforce stringent safety protocols and compliance measures in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Strategically manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and implementing inventory control measures to minimise discrepancies and maximise accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and mentor ship to a diverse team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to streamline order fulfilment processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
  • Utilise advanced Warehouse Management systems to monitor inventory levels, track warehouse performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for process optimisation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancement, leading the implementation of best practices and technological solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a pristine and organised warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

About you:

  • Minimum of 4 year's industry and supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills i
  • Hold a current Australian forklift licence
  • Knowledge of Work, Health & Safety.
  • Knowledgeable of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous substances regulatory handling and storage legislation or be willing to undertake training prior to commencement in the role.
  • Excellent time management, reporting and organisational skills.
