About the Role
As a Full-Time Service and Support Technician, you will be responsible for:
Planning Job processes
Organising email box requests
Configuring equipment and updating of database
Dispatching customer requests
About you
To succeed as the Service and Support Technician, you must possess:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level computer literacy (including all MS applications)
Ability to work independently
Strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills are a must
Driver's license (preferable)
