Site Supervisor - Construction

Location: Various sites across NT (Remote Works / FIFO available)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction operations in accordance with project plans.
  • Coordinate schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and labourers.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Maintain quality control through inspections and adherence to standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and inventory control on-site.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and collaborate on complex construction issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, inspections, and incident records.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and company policies.
  • Support training and development of team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Forklift Licence
  • Certificate III in Carpentry or similar
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel and work remotely (FIFO roster available)
  • Police Clearance
  • Working with Children Check (Ochre Card)
