About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods through the warehouse-from receiving to dispatch. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving: Check and book in incoming goods, process returns, and store items correctly.
• Order Picking & Dispatch: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders on time.
• Materials Handling: Safely move stock, maintain warehouse organisation, and manage shipments.
• OH&S Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and correct manual handling techniques.
• Quality & Documentation: Ensure compliance with standards and maintain accurate records.
• Team Support: Assist with training and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Skills & Experience (Preferred)

• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role (healthcare or distribution experience highly regarded).
• Familiarity with inventory systems and barcoding (SAP experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of stock control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
