They are seeking a motivated Transport and Plant Allocator to provide extra support to their busy Plant Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring their civil projects run smoothly.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily allocation of trucks, water carts, bogie tippers, and other plant across multiple sites.

You'll liaise closely with supervisors and operators to ensure resources are where they're needed, when they're needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate trucks, water carts, bogie tippers, and other plant to various projects daily
• Coordinate and communicate with supervisors, operators, and project teams
• Monitor and adjust allocations as priorities change
• Support effective and efficient fleet management

About You

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Previous experience in plant/transport allocation or similar scheduling roles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Flexibility to be available 24/7 when required
