The Role
You will be responsible for the ongoing management and oversight of supplier relationship, ensuring that strong governance framework is in place to mitigate risk and drive performance. The role holder is also required to demonstrate compliance with Group standards, manuals and policies and adheres to the defined work practices, internal controls and risk management standards associated with the role.
About You
Experience with operational risk, controls and Operational Risk Framework
Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
Highly developed communication and influencing skills
Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment
Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment
A sound knowledge of the Group including products & services
Significant experience of implementing control frameworks
3-5 years of experience with similar role
Financial industry experience would be a plus
