Primary responsibilities:

This role involved conducting the verification process in accordance with the client's policies and procedures.

  • Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frames
  • Managing missing and additional information in accordance with client operations procedures
  • Record all information relating to verifications on client internal platform
  • Ensure all operational logs are recorded accurately and in real time
  • Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and ensure compliance with standard operational processes (SOP's) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify potential delays/ issues and notify manager
  • Notify client case manager with candidate alerts
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the team

About You:

  • Great problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
  • Min typing speed of 50wpm
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledgeable in data privacy principles/data protection
  • Works well with others
  • Strong rapport building skills
