Warehouse Operators - Night Shift $45.50/hr - Huntingwood

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operator to join our packaging and warehouse team in Huntingwood. This is a SHORT-TERM night shift role within a fast-paced FMCG environment, handling food and beverage products, including alcohol. The position involves general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, forklift operation, and manual handling.

Key Details:

  • Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Pay Rate: $45.50 per hour
  • Contract: Approx. 6 weeks with potential for extension
  • Location: Huntingwood, NSW
  • Requirements: Police check and ability to perform heavy lifting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  • Load and unload trucks with care to prevent product damage
  • Transport and stack pallets of packaged alcohol products
  • Perform manual handling tasks and assist on production lines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience
  • Previous experience in warehousing, picking, or production line roles
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Proven ability to lift and move heavy items safely

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise and temperature levels
  • Physically fit to meet the demands of manual handling and forklift operation
