Your opportunity:
A permanent opportunity exists for an experienced senior leader to set and drive corporate direction and lead the development of safety strategy through strong operational acumen. Working with senior leaders, the WHS manager will implement strategy and lead managers, supporting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
With a pragmatic and commercial approach, the WHS manager will also lead the organisation and staff towards a contemporary safety approach.
About you:
- Demonstrated management skills in a similar large multisite sector, experience in the Property or Real Estate highly regarded
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety and relevant industry training and accreditation
- Ability to work autonomously with a commercial approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead
- Strong written and verbal communication
