Terminal Product Planning Administrator
Kwinana, WA (6167) | 38 hrs/week | Site-based role
Are you a detail-driven problem solver who loves turning data into insight? Our Clients Terminal Product Planning Team in Kwinana is looking for a Terminal Product Planning Administrator to help keep there operations running smoothly and efficiently.
In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll play a key role in supporting terminal operations by managing data, reports, and documentation that keep our products moving safely and on schedule. From daily inventory reconciliations to performance dashboards and quality reports, your work will directly contribute to reducing product loss, optimising scheduling, and ensuring compliance across one of the companies most critical sites.
What You'll Do
Deliver accurate and timely reports on product movements, inventories, and performance metrics
Support scheduling and tank progression planning using tools like Emerson Scheduling
Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and operational governance
Analyse data to identify trends, minimise losses, and improve efficiency
Collaborate with planning, operations, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Experience in data management, reporting, or operational support in a technical or industrial environment
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple stakeholders
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools
