Our client is currently seeking multiple skilled Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a 12-month extension. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's mission of protecting the public and the environment from the harmful effects of radiation.
All candidates applying for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Baseline Security Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Regulatory Services Branch (RSB) members, Branch Head, and CEO as required.
- Administer and coordinate periodic committee meetings of the Radiation Health Committee (RHC) for the National Uniformity Program.
- Liaise closely with members involved in the National Uniformity Program across various branches.
- Support the RSB Cost Recovery Project by collecting financial and human resource data.
- Assist RSB members with domestic and international travel arrangements.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated capacity to provide high-level administrative, clerical, and executive support to a diverse range of stakeholders, including an Executive Group.
- Proficient in the operation of the Microsoft Office Suite, including databases and electronic records management systems.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency status leading to citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel interstate from time to time as needed.
