We are actively engaged with our large Federal Government client in Canberra, Sydney and Hobart who are looking for APS6 level Sharepoint Content Creator to commence initial contract until 30th June 2024 with 2x 6 months possible extensions

Australian citizens with minimum Baseline security clearance are eligible to apply

What to expect:

The SharePoint Content Designer plays a crucial role in elevating the functionality and user experience of the Corporate Services presence on intranet. This position is dedicated to transforming existing SharePoint-based intranet into an intuitive, visually appealing, and seamlessly integrated platform.

The purpose is to enhance accessibility, collaboration, and efficiency by leveraging the latest SharePoint tools and design principles. Through innovative solutions and meticulous attention to detail, the SharePoint Content Designer contributes to the optimisation of our intranet, ultimately facilitating streamlined communication and information dissemination across the organisation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand intranet content requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create and curate content, including text, images, infographics, and multimedia elements, adhering to established branding and style guidelines.
  • Implement user-centric design principles to enhance the intranet's overall usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to integrate content seamlessly into the overall intranet redesign.
  • Contribute to the development of a streamlined information architecture for the intranet, ensuring content is logically organized and easily accessible.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Content Designer with a focus on SharePoint intranet environments.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online (M365)
  • Expertise in visual content creation and design tools
  • Knowledge of user-centric design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
