If you're reliable, hands on, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to support our busy warehouse and packaging operations. You'll play a key role in moving, organising, and preparing products for dispatch while ensuring all work is carried out safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stack and organise pallets in designated storage zones, following inventory procedures.
  • Assist with inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Pick and pack individual cases or bottles using an RF scanner.
  • Escalate any equipment or conveyor issues to the Line Leader promptly.

This role reports directly to the Line Leader. You will have regular support and supervision, with Line Leaders overseeing teams of four operators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator.
  • Valid forklift licence.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate machinery safely.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Capable of performing repetitive movement and safe forklift operation.

If you're a proactive operator who enjoys a busy environment and working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to have you apply!
