Production Team Member

Join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering quality products!

Are you reliable, hands on, and looking for an active role where every shift makes a difference? We're seeking motivated Production Team Members to join our onsite team. You'll help keep our production lines running efficiently while ensuring products are packed with care and accuracy.

This role offers the opportunity to be cross trained across multiple departments, providing the chance to increase hours when available.

What You'll Be Doing:

Production & Packing

  • Work across Line 1 and Line 2
  • Inspect products for defects (spotting) - strong attention to detail required
  • Carefully pack boxes ready for shipment
  • Monitor and operate the taping machine accurately
  • Stack pallets according to the Stacking Plan to ensure correct weight distribution
  • Perform quality checks after the spotting stage

Communication & Escalation

  • Report stock or production issues to the Quality Control Officer and/or Line Manager
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and fellow team members
  • Escalate issues promptly to the Team Leader

Housekeeping

  • Maintain a clean and organised packing area
  • Keep workstations tidy and dispose of packaging materials correctly

Flexibility & Adaptability

  • Be prepared for varying shift lengths, especially during peak production periods
  • Adapt to changing production priorities as directed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to rotate roles every 30 minutes
  • Physical capability to perform some heavy lifting (6 - 15 kg)
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to support different areas when required
