- Lead business readiness and adoption planning for new system implementation.
- Provide product ownership, ensuring requirements are translated into successful delivery outcomes.
- Partner with external vendor and internal teams to drive system implementation activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and manage readiness activities to ensure smooth transition.
- Deliver effective stakeholder engagement and risk-aligned readiness outcomes across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Business Readiness, Product Ownership, or Business/Systems Implementation within large, complex organisations.
- Understanding of model risk management or broader risk frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead system implementation projects end-to-end, preferably with vendor-supplied solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a trusted conduit between business, risk, and technology.
- Prior exposure to transformation programs within financial services is highly desirable.
What's on Offer
