A Large Government Client of ours is looking for a Concierge (Housing Investment Fund) to join their team and help with their ongoing projects. To be successful for this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong project management experience
- Strong communication and consultation skills and experience
- An enquiring attitude, objectivity and independence
- A strong, demonstrated sense of probity and ethical conduct
The scope of functions of the Concierge role includes:
- provide a consistent voice to potential proponents;
- direct proponents to potential QHIGI funding streams best aligned to their proposal as soon as proposals have completed minimum information requests (the concierge Q&A);
- prepare quality assurance reviews upon first receipt of a proposal;
- receive and manage feedback, including provision of information and guidance in response to queries and emerging issues;
- direct enquirers to FAQs and links to Resources;
- seek technical advice from QHIGI Program Teams in responding to any Requests for Information (RFI), Q&A and/or Requests for clarification from Proponents;
- prepare draft responses to any RFI/Q&A enquiry for SRO approval;
- provide clarifications and responses to queries to all proponents via the Portal (post SRO approval);
- provide robust and objective advice to proponents regarding appropriateness of proposals seeking relevant expert advice (as necessary);
- conduct internal consultation with other agencies as required based on the subject matter and needs of each proposal;
- manage, and where possible, resolve proponent enquiries in a timely manner;
- timely provision of data (both ad hoc and regular) to the SRO as required;
- escalate any issues that cannot be resolved to the SRO; and
- keep registers accurate and up to date.
