Field Service Engineer- ATMs & POS Equipment

Location : Brisbane

We are looking for a reliable Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipments across our customer network. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, problem‑solving, and providing a high standard of customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing, servicing, and repairing ATM and POS equipment to keep customer operations running smoothly.

• Managing customer issues from start to finish and ensuring all work meets agreed SLAs.

• Carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and completing minor repairs on Tier I devices.

• Assisting with site preparation including cabling, equipment swaps, and basic testing.

• Maintaining parts inventory, managing company tools and assets, and completing accurate service reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with ATM, POS, or similar transaction‑based equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly to service requests.

• Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers.

• A technical qualification such as Certificate/degree/diploma in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the service area.
