Storeperson / High Reach Forklift Operator

Monday-Friday | Ongoing | Temp‑to‑Perm Opportunity

We're currently seeking a reliable and experienced all‑round Storeperson for an ongoing role based near Moorabbin Airport. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding position with a strong focus on pick/pack duties, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a close‑knit warehouse team.

This role offers long‑term employment with a genuine temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Available Hours

• 8:00am - 4:00pm or
• 9:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse / Pick & Pack (Approx. 80%)

• Picking orders to trolley using RF scanners
• Packing and consolidating orders onto pallets
• Pallet breakdown and consolidation
• Replenishment and put‑away duties
• General warehouse housekeeping

Forklift Operation (Approx. 20%)

• High reach forklift operation (Toyota units primarily)
• Forklift work related to picking, put‑aways, and replenishment

Requirements

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating a high reach forklift (Toyota experience preferred)
• Strong pick/pack and general warehouse experience
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg (heavier items are pair‑lifted or broken down)
• Previous experience using RF scanners preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused attitude

Important to Note

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full‑time forklift work. We're looking for a true all‑rounder who enjoys being on the floor and can hit the ground running.
