Food & Beverage Attendant

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join a well‑established hospitality operation based at a secure defence site in Simpson Barracks.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, take pride in delivering quality service, and are flexible with availability across the week.

About the Role

You will support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Food preparation and basic back‑of‑house duties
• Fridge temperature checks and general cleaning
• Stocking fridges, counters, and service areas
• Operating commercial dishwashers
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Working collaboratively within a team in a fast‑paced environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or a busy hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, reliable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and work in a physically demanding role
• Basic food handling knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian citizenship (required for site access)
• Willingness to obtain a DCAC (Defence security clearance)
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check

Shifts & Pay

• Shifts: Monday - Sunday (flexible availability required)
• Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour + Super

Uniform Requirements

• Long‑sleeve shirt and pants (black or navy)
• Closed‑toe, non‑slip shoes
