- Customer Service Co-ordinator
- Fulltime position
- $37.66 pay rate (Casual)
- Artarmon Location
 Our client is a business-to-business supplier and manufacturer of
 commercial office furniture. Their mission is to create better working environments
 that encourage the greatest comfort and performance for customers.
 They are looking for an aspiring B-2-B Salesperson who wants to build a well-round
 skillset with a focus on quality service, attention to detail, and building client
 relationships.
 
 Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and technical support to senior salespeople, Including, but not limited to, price estimating, quoting, and client management.
- Work with the internal operations team and external stakeholders to support small to large scale sale projects from origination to delivery.
- Development a deep understanding of commercial office furniture and the market that it operates in.
- Provide general support to the sales and broader business team to achieve an excellent level of customer service.
- Work with the Managing Director and broader Sales Team to explore new opportunities and new sales channels.
- Assist the sales team with marketing and sales projects from time to time.
- Assist in building business presence and client networking through trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to deal
- Performance orientated and driven to achieving results
- Driver's License
Desirable:
- Experience on Indesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in commercial furniture.
- Experience in a Sales environment
- Understanding of Business-to-Business sales
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field (preferred)
