A government client of ours is looking for an AO4 Business Assurance, digital. to join their team for initial 12 months contract.
This position reports to the Business Assurance Coordinator. The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
  • Facilitation of the on-going development, improvement and implementation of enhancements to the department policies, processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, performance and customer experience.
  • Assist in the advancing of the internal business assurance within department through undertaking the assessment of process conformance, performance management, reliability of management reporting and effectiveness of key controls.
  • Maintain the compliance software and manage the licensing, distribution and maintenance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to both department staff and supplier organisations concerning all facets of quality management implementation and operation.
  • Manage the compliments/complaints management process for The department state-wide.
  • Promote better operational practices in preventing complaints through effective communication formats (e.g. newsletter).
  • Provide monthly reporting to management and facilitate meetings to provide guidance on complaints management process.
  • Conduct complex complaints investigations with clients and members of the public as requested by senior management.
  • Facilitate change through the provision of effective, clear and concise communications to clients to ensure that expectations of system alterations and changes to business processes are met
