They are currently seeking to appoint a talented Digital Marketing Specialist.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist with SalesForce and Marketo experience who can take their brand and digital campaigns to the next level. Working closely with the existing marketing and sales team, the role will take all their corporate, sales, marketing and advocacy strategic objectives and bring them together into a brilliantly branded, targeted, and compelling direct marketing experience.
The key duties and responsibilities for this role include but not be limited to:-
- Develop and execute customised digital marketing strategies focused on achieving targeted business outcomes and generating leads for the sales team.
- Design and deliver user-centric digital journeys to maximise our impact and brand effectiveness.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Gathering insights on customer behaviour and transform these into actionable optimisation campaigns.
- Leverage digital channels to maximise market share growth and sales across multiple channels to market.
- Social media, member and brand communications.
- Website and CRM management.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
About you
You will be an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist with great communication skills and enjoy building relationships and collaboration. You are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty, and are not afraid of resolving problems. It's a small team so hands-on is the name of the game as is your focus on continuous improvement. You have exposure to SalesForce and Marketo, and deem yourself "systems savvy." Additionally, you bring an excellent can-do attitude and a bright spark to the team.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing with 3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- Extensive demonstrated experience in creating and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to include Google, EDMs and social media platforms.
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development highly regarded.
- Experience of using digital advertising to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Experience using SalesForce and Marketo.
- Experience in data and analytics reporting (trends, campaign success).
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Silverstripe.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise commitments (time management)
