Food & Meat Production Labourer - Ongoing Work (Immediate Start)
Location: Reservoir, VIC
Pay Rate: $33 per hour + super
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
Start Date: Immediate

A leading food production facility is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join their team on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, enjoys hands‑on work, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced meat and food manufacturing environment.

About the Role

You will be working across the production floor and cook room, supporting daily operations that include:

• Handling and moving raw and finished meat products
• Mixing spices and ingredients into meat batches
• Weighing, packing, and preparing meat products for distribution
• Performing general labouring and cleaning duties
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and able to lift 20-25kg repeatedly
• Comfortable with repetitive, fast‑paced, and physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Able to follow instructions and work safely in a food production environment
