Reporting to the Head of Architecture, the Enterprise Solution Architect is a key delivery leadership role within the Regulatory Technology team, reporting to the Head Architect. This role requires a working knowledge of Salesforce and how it is implemented in G2B/B2B and G2C/B2C service offerings. It will steer design and business intent for delivery of the regulatory service platform that is reforming essential Victorian Government transactional services for small businesses across state and local government agencies. The goal is to make it easier and more convenient for Victorians to manage their interaction with government departments and agencies while delivering superior customer service.
As the ideal candidate, you would be able to successfully demonstrate the following key skills:
- Proven ability to lead and conduct architecture and solution analysis in a Salesforce technology environment.
- Extensive expertise and experience in leading the architecture for the design and implementation of services
- Proven ability to lead and conduct advanced solution design and option assessment in the Salesforce and Integration (MuleSoft or AWS tools) ecosystems
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective architecture and solution design governance and assurance processes and practices
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate Salesforce and AWS technical specialists within complex change programs
