About the Role:
Join our thriving food manufacturing company and contribute to the production of delicious treats. As a Production, Batching and Packing Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Location: Caboolture
Pay: $31.20 per hour
Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a plus.
Hours: Monday - Friday Schedule | 7 AM - 3 PM Plus Potential Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate food production machinery and equipment
- Accurately batch and prepare ingredients
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality
- Package and label finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe food production environment
- Perform blending and batching tasks as needed
- Ensure precise weighing and measuring of ingredients
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience in food production
- Strong Skills: Work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a team
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods
