High Reach Forklift Operator

We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in Horsley Park. This role is key to supporting daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced shipping and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and store pallets.
• 
  Pick and put away stock accurately using RF scanners.
• 
  Load and unload trucks and containers as required.
• 
  Conduct stock replenishment and assist with inventory control.
• 
  Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
• 
  Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in good working order.
• 
  Support general warehouse duties as needed to meet operational targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 
  Current LF Forklift Licence (High Reach experience essential).
• 
  Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience in a similar role.
• 
  Proven experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team.
• 
  Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy warehouse environment.
