LO Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable LO (Counterbalance) Forklift Operator to join our team in Horsley Park. This role is essential in supporting efficient warehouse operations within a fast-paced shipping and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Safely operate LO (counterbalance) forklifts to move, stack, and transport pallets and goods.
• 
  Pick, pack, and put away stock accurately using RF scanners.
• 
  Load and unload trucks and containers as required.
• 
  Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• 
  Maintain warehouse organisation, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• 
  Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained in proper working order.
• 
  Support general warehouse duties as needed to meet operational targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 
  Current LO Forklift Licence.
• 
  Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience in a similar role.
• 
  Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 
  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures.
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
• 
  Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy warehouse environment.
