Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Incoming Goods Officer to join a busy warehouse team in Archerfield. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on receiving work and administrative tasks, and who is confident working independently within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
- Proven experience in receiving/inwards goods within a warehouse setting
- Strong ERP system skills (Navision, Netsuite, or similar), with proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions on the warehouse floor
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Physically fit and safety-focused
- Own reliable transport required
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and process incoming deliveries in a timely manner
- Update stock locations and manage inventory transactions using ERP systems
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order discrepancies
- Assist with replenishment and put-away, including wrapping and preparing pallets
- Support racking coordination and stock allocation for dispatch
- Safely operate forklifts to unload trucks and move inventory
